Delivery and Returns, VAT and Taxes

Most orders are shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through to Friday using The Royal Mail or UPS for heavier items.

We endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate and low or out of stock items should be indicated on the website. If we are out of stock, back ordered  parts can take several weeks,  we will keep you notified of progress and timescales. We endeavour to hold a quantity of all parts in stock on this website.

Shipping quotes can be obtained through the website once items have been added to the shopping basket. Please allow up to 14 days (usually within 3 working days) for United Kingdom.

Returns will not be accepted if the goods have been used, fitted, bought with a known defect, reworked or repaired or not fit for resale.

Personalised or custom-made items can not be refunded.

Online customers can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered.

Customers have 14 days to return the item once they’ve informed Jordan Engineering. 

We refund the transaction within 14 days of return of the goods. Standard postage and packaging costs included.

How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package (if you do not have this information, please email us). Customs Fees and VAT/taxes

UK VAT is included in the prices shown.

Your country may impose importation fees and/or additional taxes on the value of your import, so before placing an order please check what fees you may have to pay when purchasing from us. Usually there is an allowance for goods below about £100/100EUR/$120USD.

Under no circumstances are we liable for any additional importation fees.  If are not prepared to pay the required import fees, please do not risk it and do not place an order.  If you refuse to pay, the package may be returned to us.  In these cases we will refund the value of the items purchased minus any delivery and handling costs incurred.  Any custom/bespoke items may not be refunded.
