Delivery and Returns

Most orders are shipped the next business day. We ship Monday through to Friday using The Royal Mail or UPS for heavier items.

We endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate and low or out of stock items should be indicated on the website. If we are out of stock, back ordered  parts can take several weeks,  we will keep you notified of progress and timescales. We endeavour to hold a quantity of all parts in stock on this website.

Shipping quotes can be obtained through the website once items have been added to the shopping basket. Please allow up to 14 days (usually within 3 working days) for United Kingdom.

They will not be accepted if the goods have been used or fitted or not fit for resale. We can only credit the card used for the original purchasing transaction or refund the PayPal transaction. Postage and packaging costs will not be refunded unless error is by Jordan Engineering.

How to Send Returns: Enclose a copy of the invoice or packing slip that came with your order that has been clearly marked as to which item/s are being returned in the package (if you do not have this information, please email us).
